Summary: Sudoku Arena is a free, ad-supported Sudoku puzzle app. It does not require an account and does not include a paid premium version, subscriptions, virtual currency, or in-app purchases.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Gürkan Gül ("we," "us," or "our") for your use of the Sudoku Arena mobile application and the legal pages hosted for the app (together, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Sudoku Arena provides Sudoku puzzles, local gameplay features, local ranking/progress features, optional game modes, and advertisements. The app is intended for personal entertainment and casual puzzle play.
The app stores game progress and preferences locally on your device. We do not provide account registration, cloud sync, paid premium access, subscriptions, virtual currency, or in-app purchase features.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sudoku Arena for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device that you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.

Sudoku Arena is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Google may process information according to its own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party ads, websites, or services that are not owned or controlled by us. Your interactions with third-party services are between you and that third party.
Sudoku Arena does not offer paid premium features, subscriptions, virtual items, virtual currency, or in-app purchases. If paid features are added in the future, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those features become available.
The Services, including the app name, design, text, graphics, logos, gameplay presentation, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain ownership of any feedback or suggestions you send to us, but you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve the Services.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also change these Terms when the app, advertising setup, legal requirements, or business needs change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from interruptions.
Sudoku Arena is provided for entertainment and educational purposes. It is not medical, health, financial, legal, or professional advice.
If you experience discomfort, eye strain, dizziness, or any other symptoms while using the app, stop using it and consider consulting a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Because the Services are currently free, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the six months before the claim or US$20, except where applicable law does not allow such limitation.
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any mandatory rights that you have under applicable consumer protection laws and that cannot lawfully be limited, excluded, or modified.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise. Subject to mandatory law, disputes will be submitted to the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul, Türkiye.
